Group Classes

Our group classes provide a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment to learn Krav Maga and practical self-defence skills. While individual practice is encouraged, the reality is that real-world confrontations often involve people of different sizes, strengths, and abilities. Private Training

Private training offers the most personalised and efficient way to accelerate your progress and achieve your goals. Working one-on-one with a certified Krav Maga instructor allows you to receive individualised coaching, immediate feedback, and training tailored specifically to your needs.

Each session is customised to your objectives, experience level, fitness, and learning style, and can be arranged at a time and location that suits you. Whether you are new to Krav Maga or looking to refine advanced skills, private training provides focused instruction in a safe, supportive, and professional environment.

We will work closely with you to improve technique, address weaknesses, build on strengths, and develop the confidence and capabilities needed to achieve meaningful results.

In addition to practical self-defence skills, clients have sought private training in areas such as travel safety, personal protection strategies, occupational safety concerns, defending others, and control and restraint techniques.

Women's Workshops

Our Women’s Self-Defence Workshops are designed to help women develop greater confidence, awareness, and practical personal safety skills in a supportive and empowering environment.

These workshops focus on realistic situations that women may encounter in everyday life and provide practical strategies to help recognise, avoid, de-escalate, and respond to potential threats. Participants learn through a combination of discussion, demonstrations, drills, and hands-on training, with an emphasis on simple, effective techniques that can be applied under stress.

Topics may include situational awareness, boundary setting, verbal de-escalation, common assault scenarios, personal safety strategies, and practical self-defence techniques. No previous experience or fitness level is required, and all activities can be adapted to suit the needs and comfort level of participants.

School Programs

Our school programs are designed to help students develop greater confidence, resilience, situational awareness, and practical personal safety skills in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environment.

Through a combination of discussion, interactive activities, and practical exercises, students learn strategies to recognise and avoid potential risks, set healthy boundaries, respond to peer pressure, and manage challenging situations with confidence.

Topics can be tailored to suit the age group and needs of the school and may include personal safety, conflict management, anti-bullying strategies, assertive communication, situational awareness, cyber safety awareness, and practical self-defence skills.

Our programs focus not only on physical skills, but also on decision-making, emotional regulation, confidence, teamwork, and personal responsibility. Sessions can be delivered as one-off workshops, wellbeing days, leadership programs, or ongoing school-based training.
