Our next Women’s Self Defence Seminar will be held at Aspley State School hall, corner of Appleby and Horn Roads, ASPLEY from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday 12th July.

The Krav Maga techniques and tactics taught are readily absorbed and highly effective against a wide variety of attacks. Develop self-confidence, self-worth, get fit and have fun! No prior experience necessary.
